Orders are accepted with full or partial prepayment. After payment, you will receive an e-mail to the specified e-mail address with confirmation of the order.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the “Nova Poshta” company. The cost of delivery is calculated individually, according to the tariffs of the carrier’s company, and is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order.
Shipment is made within 1-2 days from the moment of purchase, except Sundays and holidays. Upon sending the goods, you will receive a TTN (waybill) number for tracking the parcel.
International delivery
During the period of martial law, delivery to the territory of other countries is carried out by the company “Ukrposhta”. The cost of delivery is fixed and does not depend on the bulk weight of the parcel – 30€. Payment for the delivery service is made together with the payment for the product. Please note that the order total does not include international taxes and customs duties, so additional costs may apply depending on your country’s laws.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
The exchange/return of the product can be made within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase, preservation of the product type, all tags and original packaging.
All costs associated with the exchange/return of a good quality product are borne by the buyer.
The following are not subject to exchange/return:
– products that were in use;
– products that have contamination or defects caused by use or improper storage by the buyer;
– products that have been dry-cleaned or after washing;
– products without a document confirming the fact of purchase;
– products without original packaging, if it was available when the buyer received the product;
– products from which tags, labels and other markings of the manufacturer were cut;
– products that were used for photo/video shooting;
– products that were manufactured taking into account individual characteristics;
– products, the delivery of which was made outside the territory of Ukraine (international delivery).
After checking the product for compliance with the return conditions, its full price will be refunded within 10 working days.
